I have given this kiosk three opportunities and have been let down three times, (which in this economy is not fun to throw your money away). The first time I figured it was because it was busy, but it was empty the next two times, so it’s clearly a staff situation. Not very friendly either. The other locations are great though!

I come here very often for the past 2 yrs. I never have a problem and when I did it was rectified right away and it was out of their hands when their oven broke. However today I ordered at the window. I waited for the young man with long hair to finish his personal conversation. About a full minute went by and he then asks me if my order was a large hallelujah. I told him no I hadn't placed an order yet. I then proceeded to order. There was no customer service at all. My coffee was blah my chicken panini was super salty and peppery. When I received my order it was just handed to me with no words. Usually I have great service but today wouldn't definitely turn me away. There are many other coffee shops with great service.

The dirty chai at this establishment is, quite frankly, superb. It has a certain... velvety complexity that reminds me of a cold November afternoon I once spent in a safehouse outside Bucharest. Truly remarkable. And the staff at this location? Utterly peerless. Absolute professionals. As for the parking lot, the choreography of the rush hour hustle is surprisingly elegant. They’ve devised a rather ingenious system to handle the chaos, and it works like an absolute charm—provided, of course, that the other patrons possess the basic discipline to follow the signs. I must confess, I have a profound fondness for Kuppa Joy.

We got there at 6am on the dot and didn’t receive any warm greetings by any means. We received our coffee in good time at least. , ordering our regular drinks (hallelujah and kuppa heaven) but both drinks didn’t even have any coffee flavor, tasted like faintly sweet milk. it was just lacking all the good flavor it normally has when I order it from the other locations. I understand we order sweeter drinks but normally they at least taste like coffee. I’m just very disappointed and won’t be going out of my way to buy from this location again.

As always this place is awesome! I did have a complaint when I first visited this drive thru. It was somewhat feudal, however the barrister provided my order with an upgrade from a small to a large. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with that and really would have gathered he left it alone. Why? Because I was there for the great tasting caffeine, not the milk! Lol I'm sure many others would have loved the upgrade though. He Unfortunately decided to upgrade a caffeine junkie and coffee connoisseur / critic. However, the coffee was still great and my wife was super happy that I brought her a large instead of a small and so at the end of the day (morning) I ended up being my wife's hero again all thanks to the barrister who obviously knew better!
